Brent is the founder and owner of PMI Brewder Realty. He is dedicated to providing outstanding service to his clients and tenants through professional and prompt communication, individualized attention, and accountability.

As a Washington native, he has seen this area grow exponentially over the years. Brent’s family owned many investment properties and businesses throughout the area going back to the early 70’s which he worked in increasing capacities before college. After earning degrees in Finance and Marketing at Washington State University, he spent over 20 years in construction management on projects throughout North America and overseas. In this time he had several of his own rental properties and a successful consulting business before transitioning to property management. He brings this wealth of experience, and professionalism to help his clients achieve their real estate goals.
